Do I need Google Drive to use the app?
No. PenDate Notes works offline first. Drive sync is an opt-in preview, off by default in supported store builds and unavailable in PenDate preview release builds.
Can I import events from another calendar?
Yes. PenDate Notes can import events from supported device calendar providers where available on the platform, including Google Calendar and Samsung Calendar on Android.
What should I include in a support request?
Include your device model, platform, OS version, app version if known, the exact feature you were using, what happened, what you expected, and any screenshots or error messages. Support replies are usually handled within 2 to 5 business days.
Where are the platform and support links?
The public app links are available here: marketing page, Google Play, App Store, Support, privacy policy, and Terms.
Does the website support app languages?
The public website publishes the Home, Features, Planners and Support pages in English, Español, and Français at their own URLs. Guides, privacy, and terms pages remain available in English.
Can I use handwriting and PDFs together?
Yes. Canvas notes support handwriting and freeform sketching, while PDF workflows help keep documents near the notes that reference them.
How do I get a planner family?
Open Journal Studio to preview every family free. In-app purchases are live on the App Store and Google Play where offered in your storefront and region. Purchases happen in the app, not on this website.
Is PenDate Pro a subscription?
Where offered in the app, Pro has monthly, yearly and one-time lifetime choices. Lifetime and individual planner purchases have no recurring charge. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; the store shows the current price and billing period before purchase.
I got a new device. Where are my planners?
Open the Home menu → Pro & purchases → Restore purchases using the original App Store or Google Play account. Valid lifetime and active subscription access restore without a PenDate login. Android and iOS purchases do not transfer between stores. Restoring a PenDate Library backup is a separate Pro feature.
